Day 1 - BAGDOGRA / NEW JALPAIGURI TO PHUENTSHOLING PICKUP

Your journey begins with a smooth pickup from Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri (NJP) Railway Station. After a warm welcome and luggage assistance from your driver, you will drive toward Phuentsholing, the bustling gateway town of Bhutan.

The scenic road journey takes you through lush tea gardens, picturesque landscapes, and the vibrant border town of Jaigaon before crossing into Bhutan. Upon arrival in Phuentsholing, check into your hotel and relax. The rest of the day is at leisure to unwind or explore the local market and peaceful surrounding areas.

Day 2 - PHUENTSHOLING - THIMPU TRANSFER

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Phuentsholing and begin a scenic 5 to 6-hour drive to Thimphu. The journey winds through lush green mountains and follows the flowing Wang Chhu River valley.

En route, stop at Kharbandi Monastery (Rinchending Monastery) to enjoy serene surroundings and panoramic views of the plains below.

Upon arrival in Thimphu, check into your hotel and relax. Spend the evening at leisure, exploring the local market or surrounding area before returning to your hotel for an overnight stay in Thimphu

Day 3 - THIMPU SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, begin your Thimphu tour with a visit to the historic Dechen Phodrang Monastery. Continue to Buddha Dordenma (Buddha Point) for panoramic valley views, followed by a relaxing stop at Coronation Park. Next, see Bhutan’s national animal at Motithang Takin Preserve and pay homage at the iconic National Memorial Chorten. Visit Tashichho Dzong, the administrative and religious center of Bhutan, before enjoying an immersive cultural experience at the Simply Bhutan Museum.

After completing your full day of sightseeing, return to your hotel for relaxation and dinner.

Overnight: Thimphu

Day 4 - THIMPU TO PARO TRANSFER

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Thimphu and drive 1 to 1.5 hours to Paro. En route, visit Simtokha Dzong, one of Bhutan's oldest dzongs, renowned for its traditional architecture and rich history.

Continue through beautiful valleys to Paro and visit the impressive Rinpung Dzong. Next, explore the National Museum of Bhutan, which displays the country's rich cultural heritage, followed by a stroll through Paro town.

After sightseeing, check into your hotel and enjoy a relaxing evening.

Day 5 - PARO FULL DAY SIGHTSEEING TO PHUENTSHOLING TRANSFER

After breakfast, embark on a full-day tour of picturesque Paro Valley. Begin at the historic Rinpung Dzong fortress-monastery, then visit the National Museum of Bhutan in Ta Dzong to explore rich Bhutanese art and history.

Continue to Kyichu Lhakhang, one of Bhutan's oldest temples, and drive past Drukgyel Dzong for stunning mountain views. Stroll through Paro Town to explore traditional architecture and handicraft shops.

After completing your sightseeing, begin your drive back towards Phuentsholing. Upon arrival, check into your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure to unwind.

Day 6 - PHUENTSHOLING - BAGDOGRA / NEW JALPAIGURI DROP 

After breakfast, check out from your hotel in Phuentsholing and begin your return journey towards Bagdogra Airport (IXB) or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP). Enjoy the final views of the majestic Himalayan foothills as you descend into the plains. Arrive at the airport or station for your onward connection, marking the peaceful conclusion of your tour.
