1. Booking & Reservation Agreements

All bookings and reservations are subject to availability at the time of processing.

• Advance Deposit: A minimum advance deposit of 30% to 50% of the total package value (depending on peak season/destination rules) is required to secure reservations.
• Payment Timeline: The remaining balance must be paid in full at least 15 days before the scheduled departure date.
• Name Validation: Passenger names submitted during booking must match the spelling in official passports or government IDs exactly. Beyond Trips is not responsible for ticket losses due to spelling errors.

2. Pricing, Exclusions, and Adjustments

We offer guaranteed itemized billing quotes.

• Exclusions: Unless explicitly noted in the inclusions list of your package, pricing excludes visa application fees, luggage excess charges, personal expenses, custom entry permits, meals not mentioned, and monument tips.
• Currency Fluctuations: For international packages, final bills may be modified prior to complete payment in the event of significant foreign exchange rates fluctuations or sudden tax changes by destination governments.

3. Passports, Visas, and Health Protocols

Travelers are solely responsible for procuring valid travel permissions:

• Passport Validity: Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the scheduled arrival date in the destination country, with at least 2 blank pages.
• Visa Rejections: While Beyond Trips assists with documentation, we hold no responsibility for visa approval timeline delays or rejections by consulates. Normal cancellation charges apply in the event of visa refusal.
• Health Guidelines: Travelers must comply with all local health directives, vaccinations, and custom declarations required by the destinations.

4. Itinerary Modifications

Beyond Trips reserves the right to modify scheduled travel itineraries (such as changing hotel properties of equivalent status or altering route sequences) in the interest of traveler safety, or due to external factors like bad weather conditions, natural disasters, local strikes, or airline delays. Any extra costs incurred due to such delays must be borne by the traveler.

5. Limitation of Liability

Beyond Trips acts strictly as an agent between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotel brands, transport operators). We hold no liability for flight delays, mechanical breakdowns, luggage loss or theft, personal injuries, health emergencies, or losses resulting from natural causes or political disruptions. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance protection packages.
